ON-THE-JOB TRAINEE(CREDIT & COLLECTIONS)

Reports to the Credit and Collection Supervisor. Responsible in filing and sorting of
documents, assisting in retrieving documents for remedial accounts, and other tasks
that may assist C&C.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a student of any 4-year Bachelor’s/ college Degree related business course.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Highly organized and with keen attention to details.
  • Must have School Endorsement.

TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

Reports to the Director for Commercial Fuel and Lubricants. Responsible in the
management of technical sales services. Provides technical support to Commercial
Fuel and Lubricants business activities in line with the overall targets, goals, objectives
and policies set by the company.

Qualifications:
  • Must be engineering graduate preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Materials with
    at least 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Field sales experience is essential preferably gained in the industrial or oil sector and
    possesses junior management and supervision skills.
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept out-of-town / off-base assignments.

DISTRIBUTOR SALES MARKETER

Reports to the Asst. Manager for Commercial Fuel. Responsible in executing approved
sales strategy and delivers sales presentations to existing and potential customers.
Responsible also in providing support in managing fuel distributor accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Materials) or
    any baccalaureate degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Industrial
    Management with at least 2 years work-related experience in territory / field sales and
    fuel distributor account management.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, know how to drive with valid driver’s
    license. Must be willing to accept out-of-town/off-base assignments.

LUBES PROMO ANALYST

Reports to the Assistant Manager for Commercial Marketing. Responsible in all
Marketing activities (Event, Social Media, Online Store, Marketing Collaterals, Promos)
for Lubricants and other projects assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Material
    Science) or any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with 2 years work-related experience.
  • Must have good negotiation skills and has strong business acumen, with excellent oral
    and written communication skills.
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept out-of-town / off-base assignments.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Reports to the Assistant Manager for Commercial Marketing. Responsible in supporting the sales
and marketing team in executing activities related to Sales Order in line with customer’s delivery
requirements. Coordinates with Retail Marketer/Marketing Executives and other departments to
achieve servicing of customer orders in line with the over-all objectives of the company.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course preferably with at least one year
    work-related experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Tools and knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills and able to deliver high standard
    of customer skills.
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered.

PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST

Reports to the Assistant Manager for Retail Strategic Planning and Promotion.
Responsible in development and execution of marketing programs for retail
stations, brand and product promotions, market & customer research/survey and
data gathering including conduct of analytical studies to determine effectiveness of
marketing programs.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Advertising/ Media/ Communications/ Marketing/ Mathematics/
    Statistics or equivalent with at least 1 year work-related experience.
  • With excellent written and communication skills, has market research and analytical
    skills, highly organize, motivated and innovative.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Tools.

RETAIL STRATEGIC PLANNING ASSISTANT

Reports to the Assistant Manager for Retail Strategic Planning and Promotion. Responsible in
providing marketing support to the Retail Marketing Department, gathers and maintains
required data using internal and/or external sources, performs analytical studies of retail
marketing programs, administer, monitor and maintenance of retail database system.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor in Management, Economics, Accountancy, Industrial
    Management, or equivalent and preferably with at least 2 years work-related
    experience in Marketing.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving
    skills, able to work in a team, and must be proficient in MS Office Tools.

MARKETING ASSISTANT/INVENTORY ASSISTANT

Reports to the Business Development Manager. Responsible in managing the supplies inventory and
procurement, preparation of raw material sales computation and analysis, filing documentation
requirements, and provide support in Business Partner Development Department.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Inventory
    Management or Marketing.
  • Preferably with experience in handling procurement and importation and has knowledge in
    supply inventory, pricing and analysis.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and highly organize.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Must be willing to conduct training and audit at various Café Amazon stores.
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered.

CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

Reports to the Credit and Collections Supervisor. Responsible in analyzing accounts,
identifying and reporting those that may require difficult collection procedures,
obtaining information and credit references of persons or institutions applying for
credit. Performs all collection activities on outstanding A/R balances within assigned
accounts for timely collection of receivables, resolution of customer issues preventing
payment, in accordance with credit collection policies.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any business course with accounting and finance background.
  • Preferably with at least two years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Tools and knowledge in SAP is a plus.

RETAIL LUBES MARKETER

Reports to the Lubes Sales Supervisor. Responsible in generating sales thru soliciting
orders from retail stations, implementing marketing programs to support the sales of
retail stations, and conducting lube training for retail station crew and product
presentation for commercial and industrial accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a college graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering Course, preferably has knowledge in lubricants business with at least 2 years work-related experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Tools and has excellent oral and written communication
    skills.
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept out-of-town / off-base assignments.

AVIATION DISPATCHER

Reports to the Aviation Superintendent. Responsible in monitoring Jet A-1 inventory
stock level in CPDC tanks and in CASI depot. Prepare reports for product inventory,
reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering and has good knowledge in Petroleum Distribution Operations.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Tools.
  • With good oral and written communication skills and must have strong interpersonal, public relation skills, and analytical ability.
  • Knows how to drive and with more than 3 years professional driving experience.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept out-of-town / off-base assignments.
