TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

Reports to the Director for Commercial Fuel and Lubricants. Responsible in the management of technical sales services. Provides technical support to Commercial Fuel and Lubricants business activities in line with the overall targets, goals, objectives and policies set by the company.

Qualifications:
  • Must be engineering graduate preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Materials with at least five (5) years of work-related experience.
  • Field sales experience is essential preferably gained in the industrial or oil sector and possesses junior management and supervision skills.
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept out-of-town / off-base assignments.

RETAIL MARKETER

Reports to the Asst. Manager for Retail Marketing. Responsible in the implementation of approved retail sales & marketing strategies and network development programs including execution of established processes, programs, standards and operations in the service station consistent with the company’s business goals, vision and mission. Areas of assignment is North and Central Luzon.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any engineering course or baccalaureate degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Industrial Management with at least 2 years work experience in territory sales and / or account management.
  • Preferably with field sales experience and knowledgeable in retail business with a background in real estate and property management.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications. Know how to drive with valid driver’s license and must be willing to accept out-of-town/off-base assignments particularly in North and Central Luzon.

DISTRIBUTOR SALES MARKETER

Reports to the Asst. Manager for Commercial Fuel. Responsible in executing approved sales strategy and delivers sales presentations to existing and potential customers. Responsible also in providing support in managing fuel distributor accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Materials) or any baccalaureate degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Industrial Management with least 2 years work experience in territory / field sales and fuel distributor account management.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, know how to drive with valid driver’s license. Must be willing to accept out-of-town/off-base assignments.

COMMERCIAL FUEL MARKETER

Reports to the Asst. Manager for Commercial Fuels. Responsible in the management of all key accounts within assigned territory, implements approved marketing strategies to increase volume sales, identifies potential customers and delivers product presentations to expand client network.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any engineering course or baccalaureate degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Industrial Management with at least 2 years work experience in territory sales and / or account management. Experience in an Oil & Gas or Industrial setting will be an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications. Know how to drive with valid driver’s license and must be willing to accept out-of-town/off-base assignments particularly in North and Central Luzon.

LUBES TECHNICIAN

Reports to the Technical Sales Engineer Supervisor. Responsible in providing support to company’s technical services strategy with general background in industrial machine engine maintenance, machinery lubrication requirement assessment and diagnosis.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any engineering course. Graduates of Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials Engineering will be an advantage with at least 2 years related work experience gained in oil or industrial sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel and accept provincial assignments.

PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
  • Must be a college graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering Course.
  • Experience in requisition and purchasing process and familiar with sourcing and procurement of materials or supplies and services.
  • Proficient in MS Office Productivity Tools especially in work, excel and PowerPoint. Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details.

HR ASSISTANT

Qualifications:
  • Must be a college graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management of Administration, Psychology or any related course.
  • Must have at least one (1) year work experience at least in the related field is required.
  • Knowledge in handling recruitment and selection and industrial/employee relations is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details particularly in the maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Proficient in MS Office Productivity Tools especially in work, excel and PowerPoint. Excellent in oral and written communication skills. Trustworthy and has the ability to handle confidential information.

LEGAL ASSISTANT

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Political Science or any related field. LLB/JD graduates or with earned units will be an advantage.
  • Experience in law office/firm or any government offices under legal department will be an advantage.
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to details. Trustworthy and has the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge in Data Privacy Law will be an advantage.

ASSISTANT MECHANIC (Subic Based)

Qualifications:
  • Must have completed Automotive Mechanic Vocational or related Technical course.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a mechanic.
  • Must have a valid professional driver’s license.
  • Can safely drive light & heavy trucks.
  • Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
