PTT PHILIPPINES, a subsidiary company of Thailand’s PTT Oil and Retail Business (PTTOR), is engaged in the retail marketing and trading of refined petroleum products particularly on three major segments – retail, wholesale, and commercial markets. Operating in the Philippines for more than two decades or after the Philippines liberalized its oil market in late 1990s, the company has been supplying petroleum products that of international quality and compliant with the Philippine National Standards (PNS) specifications and the requirements of the Philippine Clean Air Act.
Its retail network, in partnership with local business groups, has been growing in various parts of the country particularly in Metro Manila, Central, South and North Luzon, as well as Cebu in the Visayas.
In recent years, its parent company PTTOR diversified into non-oil business through Café Amazon, the largest coffee shop chain in Thailand, that was introduced in the Philippines in 2016 and has since been expanding in the country.
Apart from the Philippines, PTTOR has also subsidiaries operating in other ASEAN geographies such as Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

The Concept and Idea Behind the Corporate Logo
In the early establishment’s period of Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT), the symbol used to represent the organization was simply the three abbreviated letter of its name “PTT” or “ปตท” (as pronounced : “Por-Tor-Tor” in Thai).
The attractive creation of PTT logo was inspired by the discovery of indigenous petroleum resource, the country’s invaluable energy igniting the imagination in designing a blazing torch structure. The outer sparkling blue layer represents the eternal flame of natural gas deriving from a good blend of energy. The inner navy blue one in between signifies the rich oil drop, while at the core, the distinctive red circle symbolizes the enormous potential of energy, which symbolizes in the three layers of glorious prosperity.
